ORDERS

You agree that your order is a form of acceptance to purchase the product(s) listed, and all orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items placed in your basket are not reserved and therefore may be purchased by other customers. If we are unable to fulfill your order, based on our discretion, we will inform you.

Upon order, an acknowledgment email will be sent which will then be followed with an email which acts as a formal acceptance of your order and you will be charged as the product is ready for dispatch. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, you will not be charged. Please note that any purchase from the website is for personal and private use and it is not permitted to use the goods for any commercial or business purposes without express permission from Samar Nasraldin. We ship from Saudi Arabia and shipments will be provided by Aramex.

The prices of our products are set and shown on the website in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of VAT, these prices are not inclusive of delivery charges. The price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of obvious error. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in SAR, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. Your card issuer or payment method provider may therefore apply other international bank charges. We have no control and cannot predict the amount of these charges.

The prices and availability of our products are subject to change without notice, and we will not be liable to you or any third parties for any modifications or discontinuation to the service. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These terms and conditions do not limit your rights as a consumer.
